Normally I tend to have nightmares when my room is very cold at night.

I have nightmares when:

1. I had a stressful day/something scared me during the day.
2. I just woke up, doodled on the laptop for an hour or two, go back into deep sleep.
3. When I go into deep sleep.
4. When I sleep turned away from the door.
5. When I'm feeling super depressed.
