I turned 20 today, It really does feel like my teenage years have come to an end, idk what the future holds for me but its not looking good.

Im 20, no irl friends, no gf, zero social life and im crippled by social anxiety and the fact that im quite non-NT.

The years are going by fast, it feels like 2020 was not long ago.

Also, take it from someone in his 30s, although I hear what you’re feeling, there’s no switch that magically flips when you turn 20 that makes you “no longer a teenager.” I get that there’s a certain weight you feel when you turn 20, I felt it too, but looking back it’s not really all that significant in the big picture of things. You’re still basically in the same stage of life as you were as an 18 and 19 year old, maybe even for a few more years.
