from what i remember, first she laughed a bit, more of a silent laugh, not a very loud laugh, now thinking at her face i could probably say i would read stress on her face and some look at me with disgust, then she told me ,,i m sorry but we can t be together, we are from the same school, i m sure you will find other girl"

basically she tried to reject me in my face in a more ,,nice" way than saying the truth it s my height and face!

bro it was already a rule that you can't do that anymore, and i was in middleschool in like 2002, this is why i tried talking to girls but did not buy them presents or ask them if they want to be boyfriend and girlfriend without any invitation

i can't imagine the catastrophe that would happen if i tried it in highschool

all the kids knew the rules already, it was an incredibly rigid ruleset, you had to receive a note from a girl first before you could ask her out lol
