yea otc cough syrup is actually pretty fun and harmless, but benadryl is fucking awful, where dxm (otc cough syrup) has the silly low fps feeling, benadryl gave me mental anguish and pretty scary audio and visual hallucinations.

my earlier comment about "checking the wall for the spider" was because i saw a spider on my wall once (hallucination) and would constantly look over trying to catch it, sometimes only seeing it in the corner of my eye, and i did this even being able to reason that it wasn't real, but i still felt strongly compelled to
