I think it’s mostly fear and trauma, all of a sudden life doesn’t feel so bad. I guess it wouldn’t be when before you were quickly falling hundreds of feet towards the earth, triggering the full extent of your body’s panic system, It just so happened that you lived to tell the tale.

They’ve been scared into living due to the severe trauma, their body doesn’t want them to come that close to death again. One failed suicide attempt doesn’t just erase the decades of pain that lead you to that point to begin with, and especially not the pain that’s to follow. You don’t just become some enlightened optimistic monk after all of that.

I think its simmiliar to people who were "incels" but then it turns out they were failed normies all along and manage to get lucky with a foid once and then they become massive faggots against incels.
