I think that I legit have the worst eye area possible

My eyes are actually a bit more in my head than the usual eyes and I also have those genetic eye bags/ eye rings. Gladly none of my siblings have those so I am the only one who suffers from this in my family but I dont know what the hell went wrong with me. I dont even know what you would do in a surgery about this.

Surgery I would recommend :

Orbital decompression as your eyes look protruding (evidenced by too much scera exposure)
Orbital rim implants or cheekbone implants for undereye bags
Upperlid fillers

Problem with you is you have negatively tilted eyebrows which gives the illusion that you have a negative canthal tilt, I doubt there’s a surgery for that.

I’m blessed with PCT, had it not been for that my eye area would have been incel tier. I’m still curious as to whether or not NCT is an unfixable death sentence like long midfaces are.

It’s both good and awful. Good in the sense that I got a rare eye colour and PCT but bad in the sense that I got a feminine eye shape.

Why do you find it so hard to believe that? I don't know about him, but here are the features that make my eye area worse than yours:

- NCT (I mean actual NCT)
- Asymmetric eyes
- Extreme upper eyelid exposure

I think you can imagine how bad it looks like. And no, I'm not gonna post a picture, I'd rather not turn into a meme.
