I think something is killing me I been feeling this weird throbbing sensation inside various parts of my body it feels very unnatural it feels like there’s something in my body trying to escape or some sort of Virus that’s slowly killing me it doesn’t happen at a specific time either it happens at the most random times I’m afraid I might actually be dying if that’s the case then oh well I got nothing worth living for anyways
