I won't ramble much since the title itself conveys the message quite well. When a subhuman is bullied throughout his entire life and lashes out, he takes all the blame as his actions are what seem to people to be the most immediately and outwardly destructive. Very little is paid to his circumstances and what truly lead him to carry out such acts. The best case scenario for the subhuman would be to be in a psych ward for life instead of prison.
On the other hand, abusive normies, Chad and foids' wicked influence is more latent and gradual, so they don't suffer any real consequences for it. Worst of all, the normies and Chads typically mellow with age and no longer feel the need to act sociopathic as much, especially with all the social recognition they get and have to maintain. Foids don't reform as easily but they get nursed their whole lives by these men so it doesn't really matter for the most part.
Now you could say any legal system has to resort to this approach to be functional, but I'm not talking as much about legal systems. Even just in society's perception the subhuman who has suffered all his life will still be judged as ultimately vile and reprehensible once he lashes out but the real abusers and bullies will not be judged anywhere as harshly.
In fact, the subhuman's whole life will be judged based on the act and will be seen in retrospect as "awkward, unattractive, creepy". To me, that is what truly is vile and reprehensible.
