I stopped vitiligo by eating changing my diet to mostly meat, also it's better if it's not deep cooked, just a bit, it's actually the best way to eat it. If I could I would just eat raw steak best fucking thing for health.

you can eat raw meat if you got it from a secure place. Only bad thing is the potential bacteria which dies in cooking process.
