Whether she admits it or not, the truth is that she fucks chads just like all foids do, and chads don't take her on fancy dates. If she's on Tinder, she's doing the "tinder date" where they meet up in public, split the bill, then go somewhere to fuck. Then after that, he either ghosts her, or occasionally texts her at 1 AM saying "wyd?" and she drives to his place to fuck. When she gets picked up organically in person, chad approaches her, runs game on her, and they fuck.

Your sister is giving you bad advice. If she actually wanted to help you, she would try to distill some of the chad attributes that worked on her into specific advice tailored to your situation. She has that power. She knows you. She could help you with your style and help you learn to fake being more confident. She could invite you out with her friends (even though she's older) and help you build a social circle where you could meet girls.
But she's not doing any of that. Instead, she's pitching you the old, unworkable plan of "going on dates"
