Personal beliefs don't have anything to do with success in dating. Besides the redpill and incel beliefs are the result of having no positive feedback from women, causing men with these beliefs to look at dating and women more objectively.

They're putting the cart before the horse essentially.

Also, data very consistently points out that narcissistic and antisocial (sociopathic) men tend to have more offspring than other men. Women are very attracted to psychopaths, and I don't think anyone thinks that they are 'nice' people.
