Even if incels are socially stunted from not being able to develop themselves socially through ostracization or marginalization. Also, supposedly with incels usually being more "autistic" than normies.
In a way you're forced to understand people and having gotten quickly humbled before.
Normies tend to placate each other or not shame each other as much, they only do it to ugly guys. We all know normies who are friends with each other, are probably thinking of the worst things about their buddies. Overtime, this sort of stuff can build up, lead to friendships or relationships breaking off. People tend to air out all of their dirty laundry when they're about to cut their friend, gf, bf, husband, or wife off.
Also, when a normie finds something new, they can never stop talking about it, and they make it seem what they've founded was like a very niche thing, but everyone like them, likes it (they try to make themselves unique when they're really not), let's say like the Berserk anime (where everyone has gotten into). I suppose that would be a common example. It seems like in many situations normies tend to embarrass themselves often, they're sometimes not good at concealing their thoughts. They think every thought they conjure up is unique or that no one is thinking of.
I kind of see it as a spectrum or a bell curve, on one side you have the Chads and Stacies who are very socially aware, in the middle you have the normies who perceived to be socially aware but are really not, and then you have incels on the other side who are socially stunted because we've been gatekept from joining social circles, but however intuitively it makes incels more socially aware.
