when i was a young child i thought i was terminally ill with no specific ailment when there was no evidence for this. i felt really depressed and schiz for no clear reason for a while. now im again feeling like my mental condition is rapidly deteriorating and im really socially withdrawn and have total distrust in everyone. cant go a day without fapping or i get really manic and my emotions become uncontrollable. doesnt help i live in a communist shithole where i am blamed for everything and feel like i am always being watched
