I think I lack testosterone

When I was 19 everybody thought I was 16. I remember last time I had to show my ID when buying beer (which you can buy at 16 here) was when I was thirty which means when I was 30 the woman on the counter (a 25 year old roasty) thought I may be below 16. Even when I was around 35 most people thought I was around 23.

Now I think I understand why. It is due to low testosterone. How can I tell I lack testosterone:

1. I have facial features of a young dude looking like a kid as I was told many times.
2. I can not grow a beard. Just a few hair but nothing real.
3. I have always struggeled with my weight which can also result from low testosterone.

Does any of you have similar problems and do you think testosterone is the problem?

You just have shitty genetics

Idk man. You should test your testosterone levels.

I'm 36 and I'm told I look younger than 30 (everybody makes this comment whenever they learn my age), I can grow a beard and muscle very easily so I guess I have high testosterone? I dunno, I can tell it didn't help me so maybe having low T is a blessing in disguise?

Don't know about the beard part. I have a strong goatee, a little patchy on the cheeks, i just wish it was less brown and more blonde. I'm certain that i have low T since i never get boners and have zero interest of watching porn or masturbating. I also have the body of a scrawny teenager. I think it differs alot.

I don’t really know if I have low or high testosterone .

Cause I basically have no libido and I don’t get horny easily but the thing is I can put on a lot of muscle quick and I can grow a full beard.

And if you check your testosterone levels, do not get fooled into believing that your testosteron is near standard. There is actually no standard because of the range of ages and testosterone itself. I have encountered studies showing a range of age from 18 to 50+ for the same slot...
The standard is actually below biological-approved. In comparison, vitamin D3 standard is 800 mig, althoug even Cuckypedia says you can take 10.000 mig, withouth any health risks.

Things to improve your testosterone levels without injections: Take vitamin D3, vitamin B12, zinc, magnesium, ZMA (it was recommended on this forum here), arginine, whey, creatine (monohydrate), hit the gym at least every second day for 1h 30min

In general: Eat good (good in protein and carbohydrates), avoiding soy, because it is endocrine, hit the gym brutally ans sleep good.

If all of this does not work in decent way, you can start taking testosterol first.

I am 21 years old. When I was 19 at my mens league I got asked how my family and kids were doing cuz my teammate thought I was 29. I also happen to be norwooding a bit. Want some testosterone from me?

I dont think it has to do with testosterone. Its not that only testosterone dictates wheter you have young face or not. Maybe its just your genes.
