yeah i get that feeling where you feel that your thinking aint straight that you lose control of your self and you feel your sence of self melting away. its a scary feeeling . That's why i have written important shit about my self on pieces of paper and ducktaped them on the side of my room and whenever i lose my self i just read and i slowly start to remember
