JFL I think I had a hallucination last night

At night I had the urge to pee. The bathroom in my house is at the end of a hallway. When I was walking down it I swear to God I saw like a shadow or the ghost of a man coming out of the bathroom, I almost shit my pants and my heart skipped a beat. I immediately turned on the hallway light, but I didn't have the courage to go to the bathroom so I held it in and went back to bed.
