i personally started balding at around 16 myself, i actually started puberty very early. think that's the case for you as well, early bloomers are in risk of balding very early as well. we're also likely to be more stunted just because the way our genes were carved out. my wingspan is 8 inches higher than my actual height, I'm a literal orangutan.
that's around the age where you're meant to hit puberty, also sorry for guessing it all wrong. you're telling me you were stunted then because of your very low BMI, that could possibly be why, but you haven't had severe stunting unlike me, I'm still missing 20cms out of my expected height. Anyways, from experience, I remember my ribs showing throughout puberty, basically having an Auschwitz tier frame and I didn't eat much at all so that may be part of the cause.
