Lets say at birth every human has a limited amount of points to distribute across their body for things like height, face, hair, skin etc.
In my case most of my points wouldve gone into my immune system. I cannot remember the last time I had a cold or other illnesses. I'm healthy asf but that's really the only good thing I have going for me.
Otherwise I'm short, balding, recessed and much more. Whoever created my character, you definitely trolled me
