Back in the day I could see this, but I doubt this is true anymore. Here are the reasons:

-No baggage ie no psychological trauma from past relationships or awful things people have done to them that will impact your relationship and ability to emotionally connect to them, no bastard children, no baby daddies in the picture you might have to deal with and possibly fight or have your life threatened by, no added stress, girl is in optimal physical condition of beauty and health, no or not too many miles on the odemeter yet ie hasn’t been ran through by the entire continent that she lives on as of yet etc, etc.

-If you want a family with her she’s still young enough to produce healthy viable children that are yours and not some other man’s bastards.

-No ugly tats (ie all tats are ugly and evidence that a person is stupid in most cases) or accumulated hideous leopard print purses or clothing as of yet if ever (which are 100% dealbreakers for me despite being a down bad inkwell without decent options).
