I went 2 months smoke free and started smoking again because of how brutal my life in college was.

I see those stacies and tall normies living life meanwhile I also see people being disgusted because of my looks it is so visible in their face.

They want me fucking dead , they would pay to watch me being sliced in half for their amusement.

Smoking is relieving for me because it helps me with sadness and numbs my brain.

I know I am a retard for doing that but how can I help it ?

Depends on what you're smoking. If it's just tobacco you could try a nicotine patch or vaping, then weaning off of that gradually.
I dunno, speak to your doctor about it.

I used to use every form of nicotine imaginable before I quit and I'd say the best and "healthy" way to consume it is probably nicotine pouches like ZYN, Velo or On. They don't make you stink or rot your teeth out like normal dip like Skoal or Copenhagen. Also if you're wanting to quit, you can taper off by going smaller mgs. That was my experience anyway.
