My sleep is genuinely beyond fucked, I stay up until 9am every time and wake up at 4pm-9pm

I pretty much never see the light anymore since I have blinds and I taped black garbage bags on my windows so zero light is able to get through, I also shut my door all day

i do this too. i sleep at 7am and wake up at 10pm. yes is leep for that long. i've been doing this for 2 years. it's mainly because sunlight and noise makes me feel ill, and as i live in australia everything relevant that goes on on the internet happens at night for me.

Yeah XD i am sleeping at 8-9 am and waking up around 5 pm these days. Normfaggots won't understand why we have such trucel sleep schedule. My stupid family says, "just sleep early bro" XD. Normfaggots man...talking to them is like willingly headbutting your head against a wall.
