Admittedly I haven't, but now my physique, hairline, and dental health aren't so good anyways, and stuff like dirt and grime seems to stick under my pores no matter how much I wipe or scrub (probably due to the swarth already present in my skin, clogging it up or something, or maybe it's something to do with diet, idk).

Todays a good starting point, clean your teeth, polish yourself, and begin to make changes.
I started a few months back, and my health, both physical and mental has improved.
