They make all these shitty memes like "this is where I keep my genetics" or "no one runs in your family" all because they enjoy the idea that the reason that they're thin is because of their """hard work,""" and not because they won the genetic lottery. It's 100% hatred for ugly people and humblebragging.

And their "hard work" consists of going out to eat wings with the boys every week, getting starbucks every morning, getting tacos with the coworkers for lunch, eating junk food at music festivals, and going on expensive dates. Yet their advice is to do "keto" and "calorie counting" and other bullshit. This shit is so unfair.

Well yes some people can handle carbohydrates better than others but if you just stop eating 90% of your diet as carbs you will not get fat

They have skinny arms and legs but have that fatty belly that skinny fats get from eating like shit and drinking and rarely exercising. I can respect body builders who hate fat people since they legit work on themselves but skinny fats hating fat people are retarded 99% of the time and don't realize they have an extremely similar life style to the fat people they hate so much and mock. They say they hate fat people because they put in no effort to be healthy (they're usually not wrong) but then don't put in any effort into their own lifestyles.

Like most things in life health boils down to genetics. If you are very obese then yea this can harm you but otherwise it doesn't matter much. Wasn't there some study that showed fat people lived longer or some shit?

Anyway I agree with the OP even though I am not fat. Yea its true there are dumb people eating 10k calories a day while blaming genetics but there is still truth to the idea that some people are just naturally thin.

Thinfags eat trash all the time, but they don't eat it in very large quantities. Just eating junk food won't make you fat if you don't overdo it just like with any other food. When thinfags do eat a lot at once (usually at parties, birthdays, weddings) they often just don't eat anything else for the rest of the day or they take it "easier" for a few days. This is what separates thinfags from fatfags.

Fatfags binge on all kinds of different foods several times a day. Thinfags just eat normal amounts of food and only 2-3 times a day and often with no snacks whatsoever.
They get up, maybe eat a piece of buttered toast and drink coffee. At school/work they'll buy something to eat or just wait until they come home and eat a regular lunch/dinner and that's it. No snacks, no huge portions or 3 burgers instead of one etc.

Fatfags eat too much, whether it's one or two massive meals or just many smaller or normal meals a day + snacking all the time.
