Venting I randomly fall asleep at work

I have a desk job and type of the computer all day. I randomly fall asleep for just a second. It’s real annoying but nobody has noticed because I am in my own cubicle and they all say I do a good job. The reason I fall asleep is because I have been sick with a sore throat and have been sleeping like shit all week.
