The first one was a present I bought when I got invited to a birthday party. I never got invited for such things because I was the social reject of the circle. So I was very excited. My dad drove me there and when we reached the place and I saw those guys.... let's say I did some things out of pure excitement, like a mental retard, and we got into an accident. I was safe but my dad was hurt because of me. Anyway, I handed over the gift in the eatery and then we went off to play some arcade games. The problem was, I forgot both the CDs there and it turned out to be a waste. At the arcade they were taking turn playing some wrestling game on PS2 but I never got a turn. I just watched, much like everything else in life.
The second time it was a parent teacher's conference. There was some guy selling game cds at the school and my mom decided to buy me two after a showed interest. Now this may be a normal thing for you but it was extremely rare in my household for my mom to spend any money on new stuff for me to play with. I can count on one hand the number of times she actually gifted me anything. I was so happy. During our meeting with the English teacher she complained a lot about me, about my handwriting and how I'm always behind on homework. She said that I shouldn't even be in this class if I'm this behind. I started crying right on the spot and kept on crying all the way home. There my mom beat the shit out of me for 10 minutes and broke both the CDs and trashed them. The image of the shattered CD is still fresh in my memory.
