I guess im back here in my thoughts, i guess i find comfort in my thoughts morose than being around other people, i find it safe here after all. Well i might as well start, you're probably agreeing but i assume some outside sources are here so lets start. How is love a mental illness? Its what every human being desires theirs nothing wrong about love, its beautiful! Well is it beautiful? is something beautiful who sees and cast judgement? i wouldn't consider so, something truly beautiful accepts all despite how they are. Now why do i think love is a mental illness? well first of all lets see what makes someone mentally ill. This is purely my anecdote, this is not right at all but how i see things. Mental illness is when someone is not thinking clearly, almost like they are being posses by an outside force. Think of depression from your thoughts being i am worth something to i am worthless. Its as if a demon is playing around your thoughts and laughing maniacally you are his puppet after all. So how would this affect your choices when you are in a different but ill state? It does massively, now you think you aren't worthy of anything. You wont go out with friends since why do friends want to hang out with someone so hideous? You wont try anything new because you know you will fail. Well i guess i should state where I'm going with this i will condense it into two simple concepts.
Mental illness is when someones thought pattern and conscious is irregular, The second is mental illness affects their life and choices, i will not delve into schizophrenia and other mental illness that impairs cognition but lets just think of the simple things. This is after all what society deems mentally ill, most people when you develop a thought pattern not to them will immediately question your mental health, so im simply using your thoughts to conduct my theory. Now think about it what does love do? well love does indeed change your thought pattern and choices now let us visualize something. There is a man, he is in love with a girl, deeply so in love that it consumes his every being. He only thinks of her, what will she think when i do this? What will happen if i don't do this? He soon becomes obsessed with her and decided to profess his love. Now this breaks into two branches, now lets start off and she says yes and accepts his love. His joy will be almost manic, he will feel like a god, finally she said yes! Now what starts to happen is eventually she starts to control him, saying things such as you cant like this! no! Now he starts to dislike it in fear he will upset her its almost as if shes the same demon controlling the mentally ill persons thoughts. Eventually he will start to lose himself become a husk of what he once was, now hes just her art piece nothing more nothing less
Now what if she says no? well the man will simply destroy himself, his mind will be so fixated on the rejection that the demon will even smile as he does not need to do work. The man is doing all the work for him, the heartbreak will drive him mad, he will not have as such fine care for what hes doing, he will not care for others. Jealousy will consume and make him a force to reckon with, his anger will consume him he will make choices he did not do before. Well now what do you say, do you think a man is mentally ill when hes in love? Personally i do say so myself but unfortunately we live in a society full of mentally ill man. Why do you think life is so shit? These mentally ill men make the choices for us after all.
