Feminists celebrate the fact that whales like Tess Holiday or whatever are now considered "models" and can date Giga-Chads. MRA's and the like on the other hand don't do the same for fat guys that date female models although they -- and frankly we as well -- rightly should for obvious reasons. On a related note any pro-male movement should also incorporate bald acceptance and short acceptance. Considering that these are both things that are quite common and that men can't even really help you wouldn't think it would be too much to ask.
But the reason women aren't all up in arms about any kind of male body-positivity/acceptance (aside from a general lack of awareness) is because they don't really care about equality. They just care about getting what they want (Chad). They instinctively know that wanting actual equality would be a lot like being an honest used car salesman that actually goes out of his way to make sure you aren't getting screwed.
