That's who I am inside. I hate everyone and everything, and I have since like 13 years old.

I'm always silent, cause my only thoughts are basically "fuck you and everything you stand for", and "i hate life".

Since I have to work to survive and can't just go in the woods and be alone, I'm frequently exposed to human beings. And I'd like some muscle to at least intimidate these mother fuckers, so my words wouldn't be laughed at.

Too bad I really fucking hate working out. I'm very lazy, but working out isn't only slow, painful and with delayed gratification, it's boring too. Damn my useless self.
 
I agree that working out is stupid in itself but it benefits your health and social halo in the long run, so why not give it a try tbh

I really hate it. I don't know if it's like this for everyone, but as soon as I start push-ups, it burns, it's heavy, it's hard. 5 push-ups in and I'm scratching my inner lip with my teeth.

It's really hard, idk, maybe I'm just a pussy.

Very narrow shoulders, very small wrists (i can form a ring around my wrist with my fingers from the other hand). Big fat belly, fat thighs and fat ass.

When I was 16 or 17 I went to the gym for 4 months. I got literally 0 results. I mean it, literally. I looked just as bad as before, still couldn't do a pull-up.

I'm 5'10, ~177 cm. Very shit frame.

Read about the principles of strength workout. Understanding why the things are how they are it will become interesting.

Idk, I'm just fat, if I don't actively go on a diet I just get fatter and fatter. But my arms don't get any fatter, so I basically only have fat at my belly, thighs, ass and neck/second chin. So I have skinny arms and fat everything else.

If you're trying to lose weight, you need to do cardio. If you're trying to bulk up, you need a proper diet. You also have to realize that being fit is a long term lifestyle. You should never expect to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week or gain more than .25-.5 pounds of muscle per week. I went on a strict diet and rode my exercise bike 25 miles a day every day for a month and I only lost 14 pounds, 10 of which was probably water weight. I'm a weak as fuck skinny little bitch, so even though I'm eating 200g of protein every day, it's still taking me weeks to increase the weights on each exercise I'm doing. I've 6'2" 190 pounds and I can barely bench press 100 pounds after 3 months of weight lifting. You can't become a God overnight.

I enjoy certain exercises, but I despise OHP (overhead press) and squats. I'm just so shit at vertical pushing. Squats just make me so incredibly exhausted. Fuck squats.
I enjoy the bench press, pullups and pulling exercises in general. I also like regular bicep curls and lateral raises. Deadlift is alright too.
