Most video games require too much effort and i no longer have any willpower to even force myself to play games like Resident Evil 2 with their puzzles or strategy games from Paradox (Stellaris on bigger maps and especially Hoi 4) or Ace Combat 7 (too much flying tbh not enough shooting), anhedonia/depression/anxiety killed my drive to do anything and i only want to kill stuff in mindless low iq games Or maybe it's also because games are just way too boring and similar to games which i've played in the past and brain wants new stimulis.

Video games don't interest me that much anymore, but at least I still have anime.

If you're bored of everything and none of your copes are working anymore, all you can do is wait and hope that your interest will be rekindled eventually. There's no way to force yourself to have and interest in doing things. After a while of doing nothing, I eventually regained my interest in anime. My interest might fade away again, but it will probably come back. So, it doesn't bother me when I'm feeling bored and demotivated, because I will eventually not feel that way.
