LDAR I need clarification

By the time I went into 9th grade, both of my parents had died, leaving me living with my grandma and older sister. Just last year during 12th grade my grandmother died. I barely finished highschool and I literally don't know anything, or care about anyone or anything as I spent high school isolated and neglected. I inherited enough money from my mother to put into an annuity fund and theoretically have enough money for food, water and electricity and then some for the rest of my life in a house that's already paid off with no one to kick me out. What's stopping me from playing vidya and working out at home for the rest of my days? What reason do have to not NEET? I'm genuinely confused
