If Chad approached a girl on the street, there is a good chance he will get rejected. If the same Chad met the girl on Tinder, or a party, or a club, or a class etc, he would most likely slay her.
Now, if the roles were reversed, and it was a girl approaching a guy, the guy would fuck her, regardless of the circumstances of the approach.
Why does this happen? Why is there an unwritten rule that you cannot talk to random women on the street? Is it some sort of a social understatement between humans and if so, why can I not understand it?
