-He starts to raise his voice a little bit, "No, Anon, mean when open the oven door".
-I tell him that you're not supposed to open the oven door or else a lot of heat will be released, and it will take longer to cook, don't worry I have my 1 hour timer on".
-He then obviously speaks in angry tone, "You know what (sigh)"
-I asked, "what did I do to make you upset"
-He then yells, "I'M NOT UPSET" in an obvious angry tone.
-I asked. "what did I do wrong?".
-He says, "You always have something negative to say, especially what I tell you, you always put things in a negative connotation".
Blah Blah Blah, sometime later
I asked him how I should address him next time in order to not sound rude...
He says, "I'll let you figure it out, you're a grown man".

I can't read your fucking mind. When he wants to resolve something, I have to deal with right then and there, but I want to resolve soemthing with him, it always, "I can't talk right now", "I'm eating", or "I don't want to talk about it".
