That was a fake profile made by someone on 4chan like 8 years ago. The woman in the pic turned out to be a woman in russia who, you guessed it, had a boyfriend.
This looks like an incel's experiment. The pic of her has a black line around it that I am sure is evidence of some underhanded and poor photoshopping or something. I've seen this woman posted around these forums before.

Funny thing is, for the past 8 years or so I've seen this fake profile get posted all over the internet and the comments are either sympathetic, blasting men for being "shallow" or are comments like "I'd date her" "marry me" etc.
If a male made a real profile like this saying his only standard was "be female" he would get mocked as being "cringy" and get reposted on justneckbeardthings niceguys etc. where he would be called "entitled" and "misogynistic" for saying the word "female".
