Any method. Exposure is key here, no matter anywhere. If one person hears the word "incel", it is imposed into the person.
Incel has negative reputation, but like I said, if we make 100 people think "incels are evil ugly losers", I believe that ONE of them will feel sympathy and maybe they're a incel, and will join our movement.
Its like the advertising campaign wit controversial content. Most will hate you ("hate"), but some will supoort your message.
I suggest starting conversations about incels in discord servers (make sure in the ones you have nothing to lose or be sure you won't be kicked).

And I don't know middle eastern languages so arabcels can help out, though I don't thimk the problem of inceldom is that bad in Muslim countries yet
