I used to mix cow blood with my milk. Sometimes I insert a tube made of bamboo in the jugular vein of cows and suck blood.

My mom made our huts with mud, sticks, grass, ash and also cow dung and human urine. (The cow dung was needed to make the roof waterproof.) We don't eat the shit lol!
