I've never been into this series, I've tried several times but it doesn't resonate with me. I played a lot of FF7 Remake, only to drop it because I cannot stand this hybrid action party based combat. Then I dropped FF16 because it was laughably easy, no challenge whatsoever, literally just hold phoenix dash to win, what a joke of a series. I'm not a FF fan but even I can see that the series should be turn based. I don't think this series suits action based combat at all
