Just get brow bone reduction to soften the ridge while preserving a masculine structure, forehead contouring to slightly soften the slope while keeping angularity, rhinoplasty to balance the nose without making it delicate, cheekbone reduction to soften excessive width while maintaining high, angular definition, genioplasty to improve chin projection and keep it angular, and chin implants to enhance projection for a strong, masculine shape.
