Sertraline 200mg works for me ngl. The depression is still there but not as bad, the anxiety is almost completely gone. I know they don't work for everyone but they did work for me. It takes like three hours for me to jerk off now though and sometimes I can't coom, but when I do the orgasms are sometimes so intense I can't stop myself from making noise and shaking.
