Venting I know my fucked up face is keeping me from ascending

I have a mole on my chin that makes me want to fucking rope. I've thought about having it removed, but honestly it's probably too late for me at this point, and I'm sure the scar would be fucking awful. Does anyone else have really fucked up acne or something that keeps foids away? How do you cope/did you get it removed or fixed?

I have acne and some of it is cystic but I’m on Tretinoin right now. After my skin is cleared I’ll need a canthoplasty which I have the money for already. And I’ll still be fucked since I’m 5’7 after all that. Definitely not doing LL.
