Figured I’d make a thread on this since my ED is part of the reason for my username.
I tried out clamping about 2 years ago. Basically the idea is to clamp off the base of my dick with a cable clamp, not too tight, but tight enough to trap the blood inside and get it engorged to 110% erection level. Doing this enough will eventually increase girth. It’s the same principle behind priapism. Get hard, clamp the base, and keel blood into it to get maximum erection level..
So I did it for like half an hour every other day.. always in sets of no more than 8minutes each to avoid tissue death.. I got insane expansion from it.. I even recorded 7” girth while clamped.. I got impatient and started doing it every day for like 4 days.. one day, after a clamping set and like 30 minutes of insane kegeling, I took off the clamp and immediately went from erect to flaccid.. and my dick felt dead. Felt pretty numb to the touch and my flaccid shrank and felt tight and rubbery. I couldn’t get boners after this. I needed intense stimulation to even maintain an 80% erection that would go down the second I stopped stimulation. It was really really bad. I couldn’t get an erection standing up no matter what I did.. I coped around it and told myself it was from too much porn and that if I wanted, I could just fix it by going a month without porn.. I have 0 will power so I never went on nofap..
Anyways, now it’s 2 years later and I finally did something about it.. i read up a little and found out I have the same symptoms as something called a hard flaccid.. means my pelvic floor is tight as fuck and likely has some stiff or cramped muscles.. so I started reverse kegeling pretty often.. And I got a therawand.. basically a Z-shaped finger width dildo. Goes up my ass and I apply pressure to my pelvic floor muscles, looking for painful lumps and working them out.. been doing this for a few weeks now and today for the first time I got a boner standing up without watching porn.. huge improvement. Got almost excellent EQ.. and no more shrunk flaccid.. I got improved EQ like 2 weeks ago too, but I got too happy and fapped too much after that and I guess I undid the progress.. but it’s back now. That’s good. I’m not gonna for this time and hopefull I heal for good. ED is cause for suicide.
I hope it gets fixed soon so I can get back to some extremely careful PE. Just stretches and extenders for the foreseeable future.. trying to add like 2” in length
