I cant even cope with sleep. This is now the second night in a row i woke up with a massive headache due to my sleep apnea. I wake up half a dozen times a night due to a sore throat and my urge to go to the toilet

Same here. I can't sleep for more than 5-6 hours in one go and I usually wake up out of breath. I bet my truecel nose is obstructing the airways

Did you ever get a sleep study ?

see a doctor for it, might be something easily treated

Did you ever get a sleep study ?
Once when I was a kid but I guess I should get another one. While it's not the only thing causing my energy levels to be low, it most certainly contributes to it

brutal, happens to me sometimes i think because i rarely sleep

CPAP machines can help

CPAP machines can help
I need a diagnosis and a prescription for that, buying it out of my own pocket would be extremely expensive

I also wake up with a headache everyday and wake up multiple times at night but i dont suffer from sleep apnea

Did you ever went to a doctor for that ?

i had the headaches and eventually dizziness some days, which lasted for a few hours and basically prevented me from walking to work

you should probably look into renting a machine or something, for me it's just 30 bucks per month tho this is eastern europe

Is there anything specific i should look out for when buying a CPAP machine ? Also what would be the best mask if you mouthbreathe during sleep ?

i don't have a lot of experience, all i know is Resmed Airsense 10 is good enough, and that CPAP is nearly impossible to sleep with, while APAP is a lot better as it reduces pressure when you exhale, and you don't have to fight with the air pressure just to exhale

if it's impossible for you to breathe only through your nose then that kinda sucks, you have to use a full face mask and it's quite uncomfortable, i couldn't sleep with that one at all and moved to a small nasal mask as fast as possible

cpap machine changed my life, my doctor even told me i dont look like the type of person that would have sleep apnea (im not fat) but the large neck is a curse

Did you have to go to a stationary sleep laboratory to get your diagnosis ?
