I mixed 6 raw eggs with 500ml orange juice WITH PULP and 60g of protein powder
Almost vomited it out, most disgusting yoghurt like texture omg
90 grams of protein , or even 100 I think
Also I’m wondering if my forearms are small. When doing the stereotypical bicep flex, my forearms are about 9 centimetres smaller than my flexed bicep size.
I’m not sure if this is a good proportion. Any forearm workout tips guys?
