It's simply just extremely fucked up. There were 3 notable characters/monsters I remembered.

The messed up old man who chased me and bit a chunk of my shoulder/arm off, The crazy 3d animated looking cat who loves torturing, he tore off something I forgot it was all gory and I genuinely felt the pain, and zombie apocalypse in 711 where also a couple of (suspicious) survivors had to fight it. The place was dark and desolate, extremely hopeless atmosphere and the "survivors" look sketchy and geeked up asl. They look like they want to murder each other.

All felt vivid and there were more I forgot or couldn't explain so I was genuinely terrified jfl.
