I just found out that in Once Human Mobile……..

In Once Human Mobile, you can go into the appearance settings and select to not display your characters clothes.

So, if you have a foid character, you can make her appear to wear just a bra and panties.

But, you are only choosing an appearance, so you still get all the benefits of wearing the clothes you have equipped.
