All you have to do is put grapes in the freezer, let them freeze, and then take them out of the freezer and wait 20-30 minutes (or however long you want) for them to thaw (you can also run them under some water if you are impatient)... Once they thaw just a little you can eat the grapes and it tastes like a grape slushie and is 10x better and much sweeter tasting.
Based LDAR snackage idea. Only problem is I have to go downstairs to get to the freezer. And also buy some grapes.

did seriously nobody ever tell you this?

Did you seriously not knew? It's so obvious :feelskek:

Pickles are made from Cucumbers brocel :feelsstudy::feelshmm:

Why don't you get green ones?

Do you know that chips are made out of potatoes?

This is the kind of quality content I come on this forum for.

Hang onto your hat kid; but wine is fermented grapes. :D

We have the same word for raisin in hindustani (Hindi/Urdu). There’s a lot of shared vocabulary between Persian and Hindustani in case that’s what you’re asking

Asman, zanjeer, javan, zaban, buzurg, shamshir, khuda, tufan, chehra, mard, kishmish, garm, barf, shah, shahenshah, baccha, sabzi, gosht, murgh, subah, rang, parcham, nishan, murad, manzil, zameen, zamana, sitara, khun, yaad (remember), sefeed just off the top of my head.

Theres an entire Wikipedia page about this

Pakistans national anthem is written in literary Urdu and is apparently mutually intelligible with Persian. Tell me how much of it you understand I know about 80% of the words

Holy shit I know literally every word except for a couple phrases that probably mean something else.
Interesting.

This is my rough translation of it

Pure holy land stay blessed
Land of happiness stay blessed
Oh symbol of great determination
Land of pakistan, centre of belief stay blessed
The ruler of this pure land
Strength of the brotherhood of the people
Nation, country, state painda tabinda baad (idk what this means)
Destination of the will stay blessed
Flag of the star and the crescent
Leader of progress and perfection
Interepreter of the past, glory of the present
Life of istiqbal (idk what this means again)
Shadow of god and zul jalaal wal ikram is one of the 99 names of Allah

Is yours similar?

Pure land be happy
Country of Hussain be happy
You are the symbol of their great determination
Land of Pakistan, center of belief be happy
This pure land [...?]
Strength of the brotherhood of everyone (people?)
Nation, kingdom, dominion, live long and shine (payanda means everlasting, and tabanda means shining)
Be happy o' fulfillment of desires (منزل مراد means the destination that you seek, the place which you seek to be, the fulfillment of desires, etc.)
Flag of the crescent and the star
Leader of progress and perfection
Translation of the past, [...?] of the present
Life of istighbal (I don't know what it means either. istighbal means welcoming but it probably means something else here)
Shadow of god the zul jalaal

I translated "شاد باد" as be happy but stay blessed is probably the better translation.

I like how this is turning into a thread where you can learn more than just where raisins come from.

how do some of you not know this
