Unfortunately I was not able to hit the gym frequently due to my work. I was still able to train for 3 hours though. Also, I do have my whey protein now. I do eat my raw eggs, I do take my creatine monohydrate. Everybody will suffer in that gym. I see some progress. For me, it is still too slow. I really want to take some growth hormones.

I still have to lift a female. Soonish weight won't be displayed in kg or lbs, it will be displayed in females.
