LDARing is so fucking boring, everytime i decide im gonna LDAR for a few days I always get fucked over by the lingering boredom

I just lie in bed for a couple hours to attempt LDAR and then just get the whispering schizo thoughts that I should get up and go outside

then when I go outside and get my jacket and clothes and shoes on to go for a walk, its too cold and i end up having to turn around in 2 to 3 minutes just to cycle it again

Given that you're pursuing a medical degree, it should go without saying that you should probably take better care of yourself. LDAR lifestyle is basically insanity with extra steps, and I would never suggest it to anyone who wasn't completely comfortable being by themselves and receiving no social contact.

If you are deliberately just lying in bed staring at the fucking ceiling while talking to yourself for hours, obviously that's not going to be fun. That's just mental illness. Not sure what you expected with that?

I also dont leave often. I leave the apartment once in a month, but if i dont shower than all my muscles start hurting, and i cant think clearly. Showering under a hot shower is the best cope.
