Well alright, dude! Have at it! But first start with buying just two dumbbells and a door frame pullup bar. Start small, eh?
 
When my parents lived in the last house we had, They had a basement gym with a treadmil,benchpress bench, and dumbbells
 
Good machines. But what about pulley crossing like this one
Adjustable crossover a 3016 strength 500x500

I'ts one of the most multifunction things to do gym.

The shoulder machine (the second one) to me is better than the first one.

And the circular chest is important but what about press bench, I think is better than this machine.
