i work at a grocery store with literally 95% female coworkers . most are around my age and single .

NONE of them will even do so much as hold a casual conversation with me . not even small talk ,,not even "damn its cold today" type of shit . if i dont get straight up ignored theyll give me a one word reply and quickly move away.

most of them just ignore me, however some are openly hostile . i am sure that at least a few of them have requested to the manager that they dont work in the same department as me .
