I hate this feeling because it feels like there's so much shit that's just stuck in my head but I don't feel like expressing it due to a mix of laziness, brainfog and not really knowing how to word some of my thoughts properly.

I find whether venting on here either gets ignored or gets some attention depends on two things.

1. Relatability: people generally only interact with vent posts on here if they can project themselves and their own experiences into it in someway. It sounds kinda harsh but that's just the way it is.

2. Length: People on here do not have the highest attention spans

i am the same way, though for me it's not laziness. i just have an extremely low attention span due to depression.

Yeah this is kinda relatable, though I do what i can to try and counter it

I have been reading a lot more in general -fiction, non-fiction, myths, studies, etc.- in order to keep my mind active

We all suffer some degree of "brainrot" or brainfog as you said due to the symptoms of inceldom, so i'd say this kind of does make sense, but then it also probably relates to how in general, very few seem to attempt to make high effort posts here
